Which English courses do you offer?


We We offer the following courses:  

•    •     15 hours per week & 20 hours per week English courses.

Is the summer school for Juniors or adults?

Both: Mixed groups of Juniors come for morning English classes and afternoon activities for the first 5-6 weeks of summer and adults for come in August. Closed groups can be facilitated at other times – just ask us.

What's the minimum age to enter an English language course?

The minimum age for the Junior Programme is 13.


HoHow big are the classes?

The average size of a weekly class is 8-14.

Do I get a certificate at the end?

Yes, all students receive a Certificate of Attendance and Achievement on successful completion of their course.


How long is the minimum stay?

The shortest course length is usually one week.


Are your EFL courses recognised?

EFL Ireland has been recognized by the Department of Education and Science since 2006; we have remained officially accredited since then with QQI (Quality & Qualifications Ireland) and the Accreditation and Co-ordination of English Language Services.


What levels do you teach?   Beginners to Advanced:

·     Beginners (Pre-A1).

·     Elementary (A1),

·     Pre-Intermediate (A2),

·     Intermediate (B1),

·     Upper Intermediate (B2/C1) and

·     Advanced (C1/C2).

Who teaches the courses?

Our teachers are fully qualified with University degrees and EFL qualifications. They are friendly, professional, approachable culturally aware and most have worked abroad so they will have one or two other languages.


Who should I contact if I have problems during my stay?

Your assigned group leader or the Centre Manager.


Do I have to pay for airport transfers?


No, airport transfers are always included fre with all packages purchased.


Do I need a visa to enter Ireland?


All EU/ECC countries can enter Ireland as well as visitors from Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Swaziland, Taiwan, Ukraine and UAE. The full list is here.
